  19. You're kidding.  You have the gall to post this completely off-topic
  20. question a second time?  If you don't already know,
  21. 1) comm ports are not part of C
  22. 2) baud rates are not part of C
  23. 3) DOS is not part of C
  24. 4) Windows 3.11 (or any other WinDoze) is not part of C
  25. 5) There are about 20K newsgroups, a number of which are for
  26.    your problem.  comp.lang.c is not one of them.
