- You're kidding. You have the gall to post this completely off-topic
- question a second time? If you don't already know,
- 1) comm ports are not part of C
- 2) baud rates are not part of C
- 3) DOS is not part of C
- 4) Windows 3.11 (or any other WinDoze) is not part of C
- 5) There are about 20K newsgroups, a number of which are for
- your problem. comp.lang.c is not one of them.
